Trifle shelf-wear. Binding sound, firm and square. Black coated endpapers, with old bookplate to front pastedown. Erasure of previous owner's name and later initials in thin purple crayon to title page. Some browning and spotting to those fold-out plates that stand proud of the fore-edge. O/w contents clean and bright. No foxing. A handsome book. Heavy volume, requiring extra postage.
