8vo. (7.5 x 5 inches). pp.300. Publisher's blue cloth gilt decorated and stamped in black to front and rear covers, a little marked, spine darkened. Endpapers browned. Two gift inscriptions to front free endpaper (L. James was first recipient in 1898 and he passed it to another, but date not noted). O/w contents clean and bright. Binding firm and square. A Very Good copy. As the British Library notes, 'The contents page verso bears the initials : J.S.W. ; p.53 gives the author's name as : Wheeley.' Uncommon. We are members of the P.B.F.A.
